Yes. When delivery is selected for a tent or canopy rental, setup is included and will be completed by Glow Party & Event Rentals.

To reserve your items, select the products you need and complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is required to secure your rental items and event date. Once your reservation is completed, you will receive an email and/or text confirmation with your order details.

A mandatory 10% Equipment Protection fee is added to every rental order. It is calculated only on the subtotal of the rental items and is not applied to delivery or pickup fees.

Yes. Customer pickup is available for eligible rental items. You are responsible for safely transporting the equipment from pickup until it is returned.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and large events. Rental items are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
